Here are some of the rebel forces that live in the southwest part of town.

Richard (Richie) Knox
age: 27
height: 5'11
mutation: Major- telepathy. Minor - Telekinesis (anything under 50lbs)
comment: The leader.  He's calm, cool, collected, rarely raises his voice and everyone looks to him to solve problems.  He is the one in contact with 'The Boss'.  Also has skill at hacking computers, basic security systems, etc.

Guinevere (Jenny ) Flanagan
age:18
height: 5'9
mutation: Major - Pyrokinesis
comments: a fiery temper to go with her pyrokinesis mutation.  Complains about the Govt and wants to just 'bust in there' and wreak havoc.  Kept in check by Richie.

Neex (full name unknown)
age: 23
height: 5'4
mutation: Major - gravity defiance (can walk on surfaces such as ceilings and walls as easily as walking on the ground) cannot fly so can only use ability indoors or near buildings. Minor - self-healing (only small bumps and bruises, cuts and occasionally broken bones)
comments: a young man who talks in half sentences, using only necessary words. Befriends Kitty and talks to her as if she were a normal person and not a govt experiment.  She likes him because of it and spends time with him.  Over all he seems quite random and no one can really figure him out.

Putting a face to a description is never easy, and since I lack the artist talent of some people I'm using the game "Sims 3" to give our (mine and Nani's) characters faces.

I've also included some ideas of what the buildings could look like ( based on whats available in Sims 3) I had fun building if nothing else!
